Persistly ("we," "us," "our") operates this waitlist page. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what your options are. We've written it in plain language on purpose, if anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it in even plainer language.

What we collect

Right now, before Persistly the app exists, this page collects one thing:

Your email address, when you voluntarily submit it to join the waitlist.

Standard hosting infrastructure (Vercel, our hosting provider) automatically logs basic technical data for every website visitor, like IP address and browser type, for security and performance purposes. We don't personally access or use this data for marketing.

How we use it

To notify you when Persistly launches or reaches meaningful milestones.
To send the Science of Persistence newsletter, if you also subscribe to it separately.
To occasionally ask early subscribers for feedback as we build the product.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address to anyone, for any reason.

Who we share it with

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to store and manage waitlist signups and send emails. Your email address is stored on their servers under our account. We don't share your information with any other third party, and we don't use advertising or tracking pixels on this page.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately, no hoops.
You can request that we delete your email address entirely at any time by contacting us below.

Children's privacy

Persistly is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, especially once Persistly the app is live and collects more than an email address, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
